As this course includes different practices of yoga asanas, you will get to know a lot about your own body which you weren’t aware of. Starting your morning with Pranayama and ending your day with a Meditation will help you make some important changes in your current lifestyle and help you improve it.
This course is meant for you if you’re concerned about your mental health and physical wellness.
Flexibility in body
We generally spend most of our time sitting in a single posture. This leads to stiffness of our muscles as we don’t stretch them usually. This is the main reason why our muscles remain underactive and are prone to injury.
Hatha Yoga in the morning gives mobility to your body and Ashtanga Yoga in the afternoon will provide a good amount of stretch which your body needs at the end of the day.
Improved Mental Health
Yoga Philosophy teaches us how to attain mental peace in our life. It provides us the history and the unanswered questions that relate to our present. It helps us get mental peace by letting us know the answers we were looking for.
The daily Meditation sessions will help you keep your mind calm and away from all the hustle around you. While we practice asanas, we pump our bodies to be more active and while ending our day with a meditation session, we let out body and mind settle down and relax.

While practicing such intense courses our body needs a proper amount of nutrition and diet. Eating habits have a major role in this course as food is the source of our mental and physical strength.
In Our Yoga Anatomy Class, our teachers will also help you know about what to eat and what not to during the course. And a healthy eating habit will always lead towards a healthy disease-free life.
Fixing your Body Clock
Waking up early every morning for Pranayama and Hatha Yoga practice will help you recover your body clock the way it should be. Not only that, it helps fix your sleep cycle as your body will know when to sleep and how much.
Having a healthy schedule helps the body to achieve the most from the day.
About our Online Yoga Training Program
Our 200 hour Online Yoga TTC is a 26 Days yoga program and our 300 hour Online Yoga TTC is a 29 Days Program.

The classes will be held online via the ZOOM app. which can be easily downloaded from Play Store / App Store.
The Zoom Yoga Classes will take place 6 days a week ( Monday to Saturday ) accordingly :
- 06:30 AM – 07:30 AM: Pranayama Session
- 07:45 AM – 09:00 AM: Hatha Yoga
- 04:15 PM – 05:15 PM: Philosophy and anatomy
- 06:00 PM – 07:30 PM : Ashtanga & Vinyasa Yoga
- 07:45 PM – 08:45 PM : Meditation Session
If followed seriously, practicing these series of classes every day can bring a huge change in your lifestyle.
The course is also designed in a way to help you learn how to teach yoga. So it starts with a beginner level of teaching and reaches a bit advanced level by the end.
All of our online yoga classes will be recorded for your further help. So in case you skip any of the classes (which we don’t recommend), you will still be able to get along with us by watching it afterward.
